How Does a Snow Fountain Work?
The snow-making unit is installed on the wall or ceiling, whichever suits the concept. Once it has been concealed with special finishes, the snow and ice flakes it produces fall into a snow bowl.
Use and Benefits
After leaving hot areas such as the sauna and steam room, the ice flakes are used to cool the body. They give a gentler change in temperature than a cold shower.
Snow and ice flakes taken from the bowl are rubbed first on the arms and legs, then on the rest of the body, which completes the therapy. In this way the skin is invigorated, blood circulation speeds up and the immune system is strengthened.
