What data we process, and why
- Contact and quotation forms: name, company, telephone, e-mail, address, your message and any files you send. Purpose: to answer your request, prepare a quotation and communicate with you.
- Technical service form: contact details, invoicing and tax details, service address and your request. Purpose: to schedule and deliver the service and to invoice it.
- Careers form: name, contact details, date of birth, gender, experience and CV. Purpose: to assess your job application.
- Visit data: technical records created when the site is delivered, such as IP address and browser and device information; statistical measurements only if you give your consent.
Legal bases: necessity for entering into or performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests (answering your requests, keeping the site secure) and, where required, your explicit consent.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site stores your language choice and your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage. These are necessary for the site to work and do not track you.
- Google Tag Manager / analytics tools and the Tawk.to live chat are loaded only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner.
- Google Maps and YouTube content is not loaded until you click the relevant area.

Who receives your data
To the extent necessary to provide the service, your data may be shared with our hosting provider (GitHub Pages — GitHub, Inc.), our form and e-mail service providers and, if you consent, analytics and live-chat providers (Google, Tawk.to). These providers may be located outside Turkey or the European Economic Area; transfers are made with the safeguards required by law.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set by applicable law; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may find out whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. If you access this site from the European Union, GDPR additionally gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
